Shimla: Speaking at the on the occasion of Sadbhavana Divas, which is also celebrated as Akshya Urja Divas, to mark the birth anniversary of Ex-Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal urged the Centre to assist the state in some of its towns into solar cities. He said all efforts would be made to get some towns of the state declared as solar cities where lighting, heating and other power requirements would be met with solar energy.
