Shimla: Nine Himachal Administrative Service (HAS) officers have been promoted to the IAS cadre. These include Sarvshri Shekhar Gupta, Mohan Chauhan, RS Gupta, Rajender Singh, Amar Singh Rathore, Padam Singh Chauhan, Arun Kumar Sharma, BM Nanta and PS Draik. All of them have been allocated Himachal Pradesh Cadre of IAS.
