Mainly dry weather persists in this Hill State slightly increasing the night temperature and reducing cold waves in the higher reaches. The minimum temperature in the tribal district of Kinnaur and Lahaul Spiti increased by 1-2 degrees in the last 24 hours. As Keylong in Lahaul Spiti was recorded at -1.7 degrees Celsius, Bhuntar, Kalpa and Manali were 3 degrees and Chamba 4 degrees.
Solan 5.4 degrees, Mandi 5.6 degrees, Bilaspur 6.1 degrees, Palampur 6 .7 degrees, Kangra 7.4 degrees each, Nahan 10 degrees, Shimla 11.5 degrees and Dharmshala 12. 6 degrees respectively.
