On the question of budgetary proposals, one thing I would like to see more or less Mr Manjeet Singh's suggestions being carried forward.
Perhaps, the HP government could offer a tax holiday for setting up state of the art engineering, nursing and pharmaceutical colleges. Many students from the state end up coughing up vast sums of money to gain admission in colleges outside the state, money which can be invested wisely within the state. Not to mention there is a vast shortage of nurses in Britain / USA.
