Two more deaths were reported from jaundice in Shimla town as one senior advocate of Himachal Pradesh high court died at PGI Chandigarh last night and another at IGMC here today, senior health officer informed.
Senior Medical Officer of Indira Gandhi Medical Officer Mr. Ramesh Chand said that Advocate Jagdish Vats who was recently referred to PGI recently died last night. He also added that a 70-year-old male patient from Khalini located in the outskirt of Shimla town died of jaundice at IGMC.
The total number of deaths crossed 12 in the State.
