Shimla (Apr 26): In a minor reshuffle in the police department, Himachal Pradesh government today shifted one Indian Police Service (IPS) and five Himachal Police Service (HPS) officials.
G Shiva Kumar (IPS), who was posted as deputy superintendent of police
(DSP), Poanta Sahib, has been shifted as DSP, Rajgarh, while Nichint
Singh Negi (HPS) will replace him as DSP, Poanta Sahib, who was earlier
posted as DSP Rajgarh.
Nihal Chand (HPS), who was posted as DSP, 4th Reserved Battalion,
Jungleberry, has been shifted as additional superintendent of police
(ASP), Kangra, (leave reserved).
BS Negi (HPS), who was posted as DSP, Crime Investigation Department
(CID), has been transferred as DSP, Jwali.
Surender Sharma (HPS), who was holding the post of DSP, Amb, has been
transferred as DSP, Mandi, while DSP Mandi, Narender Kumar (HPS), has
been shifted as DSP, CID.
