Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Governor Urmila Singh and Chief Minsiter Prem Kumar Dhumal felicitated the people of the state on the occasion of Lohri and Makar Sakranti. In her felicitation message, Governor said that the festival would bring happiness and prosperity in the lives of the people of the state. Chief Minister said that such festivals provide us an opportunity of get together and share happiness with our near and dear ones, which also go a long way in strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and fraternity.
