Shimla, Dec 21 Crime Investigation Department squad today nabbed a man and recovered 24 crates of country made wine with 45 gm illicit charas at shop of Mandat village in Chopal area in this district.
On a tip off,a CID team led by DSP Sunil Negi today recovered 24 carates of Rasila Santra country made wine with 45 kilogram illicit Charas from a shop of Bhag Singh Negi at Mandat village in Chopal subdivision this afternoon.
The accused has been booked for violation of sections of HP Excise and Taxation Act and NDPS Act.
