CM inaugurates emergency blood donation camp by Ashadeep

Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal today inaugurated the emergency blood donation camp called on short notice to cater the dearth of blood in Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital (IGMC) organised by prominent NGO Ashadeep at the historic Ridge maidan. “IGMC Shimla had given an alert call for emergency blood donation in wake of acute shortage of life saving blood there. Following this call, Ashadeep quickly arranged for this camp”, the convener of NGO Sushil Tanwar informed. The Blood camp was presided over by AGM of SBI Shimla Harish Sharma in which 60 people from different walks of life voluntarily came forward to donate the blood.
