Shimla: Despite clear weather, mercury is oscillating in Himachal Pradesh as cold wave continues to grip the entire tribal belt and it goes few notches up in rest of the as state compared to yesterday. The Met department forecasts mainly dry weather in next two to three days. Keylong with 1.2 degree was recorded to be the coldest in the state, which was followed by Kalpa(in Kinnuar) at 0.6 degrees.
