Three die in truck accident in Shimla



Shimla (Nov 14):  Three persons were killed and one injured as the truck carrying them fell into a deep gorge near Sanan in Dhami area of Shimla district this morning, police source said. A truck carrying grocery items on way to Karsog from Parwanoo rolled down a 1,000-ft slope near Shanan under Bioleauganj police station when it went off the road at 11 am today, killing three persons and injuring the driver who has been admitted to IGMC hospital here.

The deceased have been identified as Narinder and Jogiender, both belonging to Parsar village of Mandi district while the third one is yet to be identified.  Grocery items to the tunes of many lakhs rupees spilled down the hill after the mishap.
