Bhuntar: Shadowed by the Parbati Hydel Project, peple in the Hurla valley, an ecologically senstive area, have won some reprieve on another front. The Himachal Pradesh High Court has stayed the setting up of a stone crusher in the in the Chutti Bihal area. Villagers were of the opinion that if the crusher was installed there, then the joint cremation ground of four panchayats and the forest which provided wood for the purpose would all be destroyed.
