Shimla: The seven-day 12th Raid-De- Himalaya rally would be flagged off by Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal form Shimla on October 9, which would finally conclude at Manali on October 15. Organised together by Club Himalayan Motorsport Association and Department of Youth Services and Sports, the rally would be flagged off from Hotel Peterhoff, Shimla.
