Pune girls undergo bravery course in Himachal

Dharamshala: A group of 50 girls of the Girls Military School, Pune, reached here yesterday for a 12-day bravery course, organised by the Mountaineering Institute, Mcleodganj. The training will go on till May 15.

According to SR Saini, Deputy Director of the Mountaineering Institute, the participating girls would undergo a training of rock-climbing, rappling, crossing hurdles, river crossing, snow crafting and guerilla warfare.

The girls of this school have been coming to the institute for the past eight years now.
