Dharamshala: Work on the controversial McLeodganj bus stand, which is being built by a Delhi-based company on build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis, was stalled on Wednesday by the district administration till the town and country planning departments clears the site map.
For long, there had been allegations about violations in the project by the main opposition party in the state. The mounting pressure reached a flashpoint on Tuesday when Congress and BJP workers clashed at the site.
