Shimla: In a minor administrative reshuffle, six Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HAS) officers were assigned new postings and transferred by the state government here on Friday, official source said today.
After completing training at Himachal Pradesh Institute Public Administrative (HIPA) Mashobra here, four newly appointed 2009-batch HAS officers have been given new assignments. Dr Vikram Mahajan, Ashwani Kumar and Bhupinder have been appointed as assistant commissioner-cum-block development officers (AC-cum-BDOs) at Amb (Una dist.) Pangi (Chamba) and Nichar (Kinnuar), respectively.
While Sachin Kanwal has been given the charge of SDM Udaipur in Lahaul Spiti replacing Manoj Kumar from the post, who has been transferred as regional transport officer (RTO), Hamirpur, relieving Pankaj Rai, SDM Hamirpur, from the additional charge.
