Shimla: Following Himachal Pradesh High Court having turned down his application for allowing independent investigation in the CD case, in which he is an accused, Union minister Virbhadra Singh today again moved the court for getting the investigation transferred to CBI.
Virbhadra has alleging that investigation had not been carried out in a fair manner by the state police. The petitioner has also made state chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal and state director general police Daljit Manhas as respondents.The petition will come up for listing on Thursday.
