Shimla: After rationing supply of water to residential areas, the Shimla Municipal Corporation has now decided to stop water supply for construction works during summers.
The Corporation on Saturday decided that if any connection had been given for ongoing construction work that too would be disconnected to avoid water crisis during teh tourist season. The MC also decided that strict vigil would be maintained on water tanks and if any of them were found overflowing, the owners would be challaned.
