Dharamsala: The court of judicial magistrate (I class) Dehra, Kanwar Pawan Jeet Singh on Thursday granted bail to Susheel Kumar, an accused in the Dhaliara College ragging case. Kangra police had arrested Susheel Kumar, a student of BCom first year of Government College, Dhaliara, under Himachal Pradesh Education Institution (Prohibition of Ragging) Ordinance Act for allegedly ragging a BBA first semester student of the same college on Tuesday ties week. He was remanded to one day police custody yesterday by the court and ordered to be produced before the court.
