Shimla: The XIIth Raid-de-Himalaya Rally to be flagged off by Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal on October 9th at Peterhoff , Shimla would contribute towards flood relief in cash and kind once the event concludes in Manali on Oct 15. This was disclosed by Director of State Youth and Sports department, V.C.Pharka while he presided over the review meeting of foolproof arrangements to make the event a success. He added that all the Departments would assist the organizers by maintaining free movement of the rally in the state and Himalayan Motorsport Association, the main organizers of this event would contribute towards the relief of mudslides hit Leh.
