Shimla: ABVP won SCA poll in 16 seats, NSUI 15 and SFI 9 seats in 11 colleges in Shimla district, while result of two were yet to come. ABVP swept SCA poll in four colleges, NSUI in three colleges and SFI won all seats in three colleges.
ABVP won SCA election in Govt. Colleges Kotkhai as its Manoj Sharma was elected president , Dimpal Saiwta as vice-president, Pooja Bhradawaj as general secretary and Ashish as joint secretary. In Nerva college, Naresh Kumar, Aman Kumar, Kuldeep Suman and Richu Sharma were the winners; Anish Samra, Bovinder Negi, Daleep Kumar and Naveen in GC College, Rohru, and Sarojana, Nishi Bala, Preeti Sharma and Sita in Sanskrit College,
NSUI won SCA poll in GC Sanjuli as its leader Arvind was elected for president, Nitash as vice-president, Dheeraj as general secretary and Seema Negi as joint secretary. Neelam, Puneet, Pushpinder and Oma Prakesh won in Suni college; Dinesh Kumar, Rajni Kant, Sandipa and Arun Kumar in Sarswatinagar college. respectively.
SFI won SCA Poll in GC Theog as its leader Lokinder Hata was elected president, Ashima as vice-president, Jai Prakesh as GC and Sandeep as JS. Mohit Thakur, Ashisa Sharma, Anju Verma and Dexit Chauhan won in Kotshera G C; Samriti Tanwar, Ritu Shyam, Ranjana Devi and Monika Negi in RKMV Shimla, respectively.
In Govt. College Rampur, SFI’s Vikram Kaith was elected president, while NSUI’s Monika was declared vice-president and Munish as GS, while ABVP’s Natish Shyam won the joint secretary poll.
In Himachal Pradesh Univesity acmpus, the reasult are yet to be declared. In the elections to 35 departmetnal representitives, 26 have gone in favour of SFI and 9 to ABVP.
