Condemning the recent threats on the Sikh inhabitants of J&K, Sri Guru Singh Sabha Shimla today demanded justice form the state and central government.

President of the Sabha, the veteran Sikh leader, Rawail Singh said in a statement released today that a big congregation was held at Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha today, which was attended by ‘Sikh Sangat’, strongly condemning the activities of seperative forces and atrocities on Minorities and the Sikh population in particular. It has adopted a resolution to be forwarded to the centre and state governments for immediate necessary action.

The resolution said that the recent threats to the Sikh population to leave J&K or convert to Islam is highly deplorable, endangering the sovereignty and integrity of the nation. These ant-inational elements intend to create divisions among the various communities and repeat the 1947 situation.

It also said that the Sikh who also scarified their lives for the integrity of the country fully support the action of Defence and Security Froces against antinational elements.
