Shimla: The department of education, Himachal Pradesh University, has rescheduled B.Ed counseling to August 28(28.08.2010), which was earlier scheduled to be held on August 27, chairman of the department Dr Sita Negi disclosed here today. Dr Negi said that this rescheduling has been done due to the Students Central Association (SCA) Elections on August 27.
