Shimla: Agro Producer Marketing Corporation( APMC), Dhalli, has decided to keep open Shimla apple market from 9 am to 5 pm to curtail the glut and also frequent traffic jams in the locality. It has been reported that farmers were facing trouble to bring out their apple crop as most of link roads have been closed due to numerous landslides, as a result they have been finding it difficult to reach the market.
