Shimla: A 23-year-old youth’s body was found hanging outside a shop at Totu, in the outskirt of the capital town this morning, police source said. The deceased, Vijay, son of one Bansraj, and living in Lal Chand building at Totu, was found hanged outside a shop in the area. No sucide note was recovered from the spot and police were probing the cause of death after registering a case.
