Kachru ragging case: Four accused surrender in court



Dharamsala: All the four medical students accused of ragging Aman Kachru last year that led to his death, on Thursday surrendered in a local court here. The Himachal Pradesh High Court on Wednesday had cancelled the bail given to them by a trial court and directed them to surrender.

“All the four accused have surrendered in fast-track court of Purinder Vaidya,” district deputy attorney RK Kaushal told reporters. He said the trial court has already listed the matter for next hearing on August 2.
