Moti Mahal opens its first outlet in Himachal

Shimla: Moti Mahal, a leading Indian food and and cuisine chain, opened its first outlet in the capital town of Himachal Pradesh as Ashim Gujral, chairman and managing director of the chain, declared the outlet open here today.

Addressing a press conference at Hotel Bridge View, Gujral said that Moti Mahal was established in 1920 by his grandfather Kundan Lal Gujral in Pashawar and has today 75 outlets in India and abroad. Gujral added that similar outlets would also be opened in US, Switzerland and China.

He said that Moti Mahal is collaborating with Bridge View Regency, Shimla, will serve food on 72 tables out of which 52 would be set inside the restaurant and 20 on the open terrace. Franchisee Mukesh Malhotra said Bridge View Regency a full-fledged and international standard bar would be added and a similar such outlet would be opened at Nadi in Dharamsala, Kullu and Manali soon.
