Three die in road mishaps in Kangra district

Dharamsala: Three people were killed in two different road accidents at Nagrota Bagwan and Chaitru in Kangra district today, police said. Kangra SDPO Jeet Singh Thakur told HimVani that in the first accident 22-yr-old Reema was killed at village Tharu near Nagrota Bagwan on the Pathankot-Mandi highway when a scooter was hit by a truck coming from the opposite direction. Critical injured Prakash Chand, who was driving the scooter, was rushed to Government Medical College, Tanda, where he succumbed to his injuries. In another accident, a car collided with an Army vehicle at Chaitru on the Dharamshala-Gaggal road and one Ravi Kumar sitting in the car died.
