Shimla: Doctors at Indira Gandha Medical College, Shimla (IGMC) and Rajinder Prashad Medical College, Dharamsala observed a pen-down strike for two hours on Monday and Tuesday as well. They have been demanding leaves on the pattern of neighbouring state Punjab. Taking a tough stand, doctors have now threatened to stage a mass protest on February 7, if the government does not pay heed to their demand.
