DHARAMSALA: The state government on Tuesday decided to remove unqualified teachers appointed by parent teachers’ associations (PTA). The process for appointing teachers through the Subordinate Selection Board is ALREADY under way, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said during the Vidhan Sabha session in Dharamsala.
