Shimla: The 350-km Hindustan-Tibet road, that remained disrupted for four days, was declared operational for vehicular traffic on Monday, a functionary of the state government told HimVani today. Local MLA of Kinnaur Tejwant Negi told HimVani over phone that vehicular traffic remained suspended for four days due to massive landslide in Spillow Valley, which cleared by heavy deployment of machinery. Long convoys of vehicles were seen lined up on the road in Pooh and Kaza sub-divisions of Kinnaur and Lahaul-Spiti districts respectively.
