SHIMLA: The language and culture department of Himachal Pradesh has decided to hold a Himachali film festival in April next year. The festival would exclusively feature films made in the state only. Currently about 10 films have been made in pahari dialect, which have been received quite well by the people. Besides the screening of these films, the department also plans to hold debates and seminars on these films. The department has also prepared a plant to support Himachali filmmakers fanatically.
