Shimla: To celebrate World Books Day, Himachal Gyan Vigyan Samiti’s Mashobra unit along with State Resource Centre, Shimla, will hold a seminar on “Moving ahead in education” at Koti panchayat on April 23. The seminar will be attended by noted educationalists, NGO representatives, along with representatives of at least 10 nearby panchayats. The seminar is open for all.
