Thunderstorm hits Dalhousie

Dalhousie: The tourist town of Dalhousie and its adjoining areas in Chamba district witnessed thunderstorms accompanied by wind and rain in the last 24 hours. The sky remained overcast for the whole day with the sun playing hide and seeks. Heavy rains along with hailstorm struck the town at about 11:30 pm on April 20. At the time of filing of this report, strong winds along with heavy rain and hail were lashing the town. The night temperature in the town plummeted, thus bringing relief from the relatively warm climate.
