Dharamsala: Chaos was again witnessed at the HPCA stadium during the IPL match between Kings Xi Punjab and Chennai Super Kings today as people complained that they were not allowed in even though they had bought tickets for the match. With clouds hanging over the Dhauladhars since morning, people were anyway anxious about whether the match would be held or not. But even as the match progressed, huge crowds were seen outside the stadium still trying to get in. More than a thousand fans at Gate No 4, 5, 6 kept waiting for hours outside the stadium even as police tried to frighten away agitated fans. On April 16, more than 3,000 fans had brought down the main gate while trying to get inside. While earlier HPCA had announced that in case of matches being abandoned, the ticket money would be refunded, but there was no official word on people not being allowed in.
