Shimla: Ten HAS officers in Himachal Pradesh have been promoted into IAS, thus taking the total strength of IAS officers in the state to 109, still short of the sanctioned strength by 20 officers. Those promoted officers include: Jagdish Chand Chauhan, Rattan Singh, Dr RS Batta, KR Bharti, Dr Sandeep Bhatnagar, Dinesh Malhotra, Sarabh Negi, Rajeev Shankar, Madhubala Sharma and Purnima Chauhan.
