Fatehpur: A three-day Scouts and Guides camp being held at Ravmapa (Fatehpur) concluded today with SDM Jawali OP Thakur attending the concluding function. Addressing the scouts, Thakur said such camps help infuse spirit of social work among the young ones and ultimately help create a better society. Asking students to be empathetic towards others, he said the purpose behind the camp was to make the students mentally, physically and spiritually strong.

Coordinator for the camp, PC Rana, also elaborated on the role scouts can play in community development. The student also presented a cultural programme on the occasion. 356 students from 26 schools across the sub-division participated in the camp.
