Weather update: Many parts of Himachal lashed with rain

Shimla: Many parts of Himachal Pradesh were lashed with rain showers during the last 24 hours. In Lahaul-Spiti, district headquarters Keylong registered highest 10 mm rain, Sangla and Udaipur-5 mm each, Kalpa in Kinnaur 9mm, Dharamsala 3.2 mm, Shimla 0.3 mm, Tissa in Chamba 3mm, Banjar in Kullu 2mm, Kotkhai in Shimla, Seobagh and Saloni in Mandi 1 mm each, Bhuntar 1.2mm and Sundernagar in Mandi 0.2 mm.

Minimum temperature came down marginally in the state as shimla recorded 14.7 degree Celsius, Sundernagar and Solan 12 degrees each, Bhuntar 9.2 degrees, Kalpa 3.6 degrees, Dharamsala and Una 13.5 degrees each, Mandi 14 degrees, Nahan 23.6 degrees, and Keylong 1.8 degrees. Met office forecast mainly dry weather during next 24 hrs in the state.
