Talking to Himvani a CBI official said that Bhajan Dev Negi and Rattan Negi are asked to join the investigation today at Delhi. Including IGP Mr. ZH Zadi some of the members of State SIT and other police officers are on seven day CBI custody. They were nabbed after the agency after succeeded to record the statement of one witness under section 164 of CrPC before Chief Judicial magistrate Shimla on Aug 29. ”Keeping the hypersensitivity of the case in mind and demand of security by the witness, the Agency was keeping strong vigil around him as role of State police came under question after finding implication of Inspector General of Police Z H Zaidi, DSP Manoj Joshi and six other police officials who are booked under section 302 by the CBI.”

Section 120(B) would likely to be included against the eight police officers for hatching conspiracy to book accused Raju for the murder of his co accused Suraj in the police custody and lodging of frivolous FIR under section 302 against the Raju when he was in police station Kotkhai on July 19. The CBI counsel at Himachal Pradesh High Court, Mr. Anshual Bansal recently had submitted a status report before the double bench of acting Chief Justice Sanjay Karol and justice Sandeep contending that it almost complete the probe into custodial death and now heading expeditiously to nab real culprits of Gudya Gang rape cum murder case.

Fresh Interrogation ASP Mr Bhajan Dev Negi and DSP Mr Rattan Negi (included as members of SIT on July 10 and 12 respectively) to reveal important link about the involvement of other members of SITs in covering up the custodial death and hatching conspiracy. The CBI sources claimed that two members of SIT who were not arrested for custodial death would help to approve the involvement of arrested SIT accused, some other senior police officials and real culprits of Gudiya Gang rape in the case may be taken as the witness on the basis of their cooperation in the case.

It may tighten the noose on the other Senior police officials of State after interrogation of arrested SIT members in the custody. The Agency has taken separate specimens of both crime including DNA sampling, yet to have the report in the both cases. We have not given any clean chit to five persons who are in currently in judicial custody, denying media report and social media speculations source said. The question of release of arrested accused did not arise so far despite an application of one of accused was pending before High court also came up for hearing on earlier occasion.

It has applied for the permission to seek polygraph test or narco-analysis of five accused including accused Ashish Chauhan and Raju etc. The CBI Court at Shimla has not given permission to go ahead with the analysis and refuting media and social media reports of narco analysis of SIT members at Delhi CBI. However the Agency is likely to make the fresh revelation in the case after arresting more real culprits soon meanwhile arrest of eight police officials including IGP were taken in the police lock p at Bioleuganj on Aug 29 and now shifted to Delhi at CBI lock up.

The CBI is yet to receive FSL Junga report which was leaked to media yesterday stating giving of clean chit to the eight people analysed for Gudiya Gang Rape. We could not confirm the authenticity of such FSL report as CBI have to receive the report taken by the SIT of State Police on the record. We would not comment and give any clean chit to the eight people on the basis of any FSL report as samples report in the matter is under consideration of FSL wings.

The Agency filed two cases at CBI police station New Delhi under section 376, 302 and section 4 of POSCO Act and section 302. We have handed over the State report of the second probe before the High Court, now next date fixed for hearing on September 6 and agency would file the status report in sensational rape and murder case.
