The Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh has congratulated Shri Ram Nath Kovind on being sworn in as the 14th President of India. He said it was a matter of great pride for the Nation to see Shri Kovind rise to the highest office of the Country.
He said the President’s office will be enriched with his vast experience and he will lead the country to new horizons of progress besides upholding the rich traditions of the Indian Constitution.
