The minimum temperature of Shimla town increased rapidly as it was recorded seven degrees above normal at 14.6 degree Celsius which is seven degree above normal, The Met office said. Kangra also recorded high at 17.4 degrees, nine degree above normal.
The minimum temperature was also recorded two to three degrees above normal in the State. Keylong was low at 1.9 degrees and got two cm snowfall and one mm rainfall. Kalpa in Kinnaur was recorded at two five degrees, Tourist Manali 7 degrees, Dharamshala 11.4 degrees, Mandi, Solan and Bhuntar 12 degrees each respectively.
Chamba was minimum at 14.4 degrees, Palampur and Hamirpur 15 degrees each and Una 15.6 degrees. The State was partly cloudy in the day and also recorded light rain or snowfall in high reaches during the last 24 hours. Met office forecast mainly clear weather in the State for the next 24 hours.
