The Life is out of gear in the State as many parts of the State is still snowbound without power, communication and facing extremely cold weather conditions, Keylong in Lahaul Spiti district recorded low at minus 12 degrees in the season. Kalpa in Lahaul Spiti district was low at minus 7.6 degrees, Tourist resort Manali minus 7.2 degrees and Shimla minus 0.2 degrees.
The Hindustan Tibet road was closed however it was cleared upto Kufri. Most parts of Shimla district including Narkanda, Theog, Jubval, Kotkhai and Chopal are snow bound.
