Shimla: Vikramjeet Singh Malik, the right-arm medium pace bowler from Mandi, is yet to show his brilliance in IPL Season 3. Malik, who had wrecked Mumbai in a Ranji Trophy game for Himachal late last year claiming six wickets including that of Sachin Tendulkar, appeared pretty ordinary in Kings XI Punjab’s match against Mumbai Indians, which they lost. Malik bowled two overs and gave 21 runs without causing much trouble to the batsmen. He also scored six runs in five balls.
Rated to be a good swing bowler, Vikramjeet is yet to prove his mettle in the IPL even as this is his second season as he also got a chance to bowl in South
