Light monsoon showers in Himachal

Light Monsoon showers lashed few parts of Himachal Pradesh bringing down the Mercury level in high reaches. Dharamshala & Nurpur recorded 5 mm rainfall each, Nagrota Suriyan 4 mm , Hamirpur & Sujanpur 3 mm each

 

The minimum temperature of Keylong dip by 7 degrees in the last 24 hours, as it was recorded low at 6.5 degrees, Kalpa was recorded low at 8 degrees, Manali 11.4 degrees, Dharamshala and Bhuntar 15,5 degrees each, Palampur 16 degrees, Solan 16.4 degrees, Sundernagar 17.4 degrees, Chamba 17.8 degrees, Kangra 19.6 degrees, Bilaspur 20.5 degree, Hamirpur21 degrees and  Una 23 degrees respectively.

 

The Met Office forecast rainfall and thunder showers at isolated places in the mid hills and mainly dry weather in the rest of the State for the next 24 hours.
