The monsoon lashed many parts of Himachal Pradesh as light to moderate rainfall occurred in the State however monsoon continues to remain weak and confined to certain parts of the State.
The Met Office said that Naina Devi in Bilaspur got 40 mm rainfall, Manali 26 mm, Sundernagar in Mandi 23 mm, Bhuntar 22 mm, Bharmaur 20 mm, Una 19 mm, Mandi & Sarkaghat 12 mm each, Hamirpur, Dalhousie & Jogindernagar 10 mm each.
The minimum temperature of Shimla was recorded 16.3 degree Celsius, Sundernagar 21 degrees, Bhuntar 19 degrees, Kalpa 11 degrees, Dharamshala 17.2 degrees, Una 24.5 degrees, Nahan 20.7 degrees, Keylong 13.5 degrees, Solan 19.6 degrees, Chamba 20.9 degrees, Manali 12.6 degrees, Kangra 21.2 degrees, Bilaspur 22.2 degrees, Hamirpur 22.5 degrees and Mandi 20.6 degrees respectively.
The Met Office forecast rainfall at few places in mid and foot hills and isolated places in the high reaches in the next 24 hours.
