The heavy monsoon rainfall lashed many parts of the State. Arki in Solan got 195 mm rainfall, Baijnath 130 mm, Palampur 105 mm, Joginder nagar 57 mm, Dharampur 54 mm, Naina Devi 52 mm, Jubbar Hatti 47mm, Solan 43 mm, Nahan 29 mm, Dehra Gopipur 22 mm, Gaggal 21 mm, Dharamshala 14 mm, Kasauli 13 mm, Ghumarwin and Manali 11 mm each.
The minimum temperature also came down with the rainfall. Shimla recorded minimum at 10 degrees, Sunder nagar 23.5 degrees, Bhuntar 22 degrees, Kalpa 14.8 degrees, Dharamshala 17 degrees, Una 24.4 degrees, Nahan 20.4 degrees, Keylong 15 degrees, Palampur 19 degrees, Dalhousie 15 degrees, Solan 20 degrees, Manali 15.6 degrees, Kangra 22.6 degrees, Bilaspur 25.2 degrees, Hamirpur 25 degrees and Mandi 20.6 degrees respectively.
The Met office warned of heavy rainfall in the isolated parts and most parts of the State likely to have widespread rainfall in the next 24 hours.
