  3. Recently I have gone through a book sufficiently highlight the aspects of Teaching and education in our Nation. The book entitled " Hindu Speak on Education " explored that India includes few of the country have least school days which is only 180 days just above US, having 175 days in year. China lead all with 275 school days in year and Tiwan and South Korea have been adjudged best with 220-222 school days in year.

Another key point in the book surprised me that only five percent of Indian IIT pass out are joining services in
the country and left out either change streams or opt for abroad moreover IITs incurring 80 percent of total budget of technical education in the country.

This shows that brain drain is gutting major income of this country being used of education and depriving others due to lack of it but the product is serving the developed nations for sake of good future and career. The question is whether we should do capping on IITs budget or signed indemnity bonds with IIT enters-ents.
With dozen of new IITs Its number likely to gone above 25. Indian teachers should motivate youth to serve for this country breeding their talent. But there are exception too some are coming back to home after finding mundane life in foreign.
