The Himachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker Mr. Brij Behari Lal Butail today rushed to the Hospital soon after he joined the house proceeding this morning as he was unable to conduct house and heckled while addressing the house.
As he began the proceeding he stood on his seat and urged the house that two days of session are more and they should attend proceeding. Speaker repeated the same word many time and latter sit on his seat.
Gulab Singh Thakur BJP member from Jogindernagar rose on the seat and said that Opposition would be joining the question hour today. Replying to the query of Mr. Thakur Health Minister Mr. Kaul Singh Thakur said that speaker seems not feeling good should be hand over the chair to deputy speaker Mr. Jagat Singh Negi to conduct the proceeding and he should take rest.
Later speaker once again told member that they should join house proceeding today and left for his chamber. Speaker was planked and assisted by the assembly Marshals and Vidhan Sabha Secretary Mr. Sunder Lal and others where his blood pressure was checked by the doctor. Later he was rushed to Indira Gandhi Medical College hospital in the Vidhan sabha vehicle. Proceeding of the assembly was continued.
Senior Medical Officer of IGMC Mr. Ramesh Chand said that condition of speaker is out of danger and stable.
