IMD warns of heavy rainfall & thunderstorm in HP

The Indian Metrological Department (IMD) warns of heavy rainfall and thunderstorms forecasting rains in many parts of the State and snowfall in the high reaches in next 4 days. It further said that Rain or thunder showers to occur at most places in the foot and mid hills and many places in the high reaches.

Life likely to disrupt as rainfall would be widespread in the State for 4-5 days. The minimum and maximum temperature likely to remain unchanged in the State.

The minimum temperature of Shimla was low at 9.2 degrees, Sundernagar 10 degrees, Bhuntar 8.4 degrees, Kalpa 2.4 degrees, Dharamshala 10.8 degrees, Una 13.8 degrees, Nahan 14.6 degrees, Keylong -1.9 degrees, Palampur 8.5 degrees, Dalhousie 8.3 degrees, Solan 9.5 degrees, Chamba 9 degrees, Manali 2.4 degrees, Kangra 10.8 degrees, Bilaspur 11.2 degrees, Hamirpur 12.4 degrees, Mandi 11 degrees.
