HP Police seizes 2 kilogram illicit charas in Mandi and Kullu

Himachal Pradesh Police today claimed that they have arrested 3 persons recovering about 2 kilograms of illicit Charas in separate nakka at Mandi and Kullu district.

Sub Inspector Subash Chand said that an ND&PS case has been registered at Police station Aut at about 2100 hours last night when on traffic checking at Shili Larji area one person namely Gummat Ram of Khaniyar village of Mandi district was arrested with the recovery of 2 kilograms of Charas.

A case under section ND&PS Act was registered in Police Station Kullu when at about 1930 hours during nakabandi at Gohaj Bridge about 400 gm of charas has been recovered from the possession of Praveen Khatkar resident of Nazafrgarh, New Delhi.

Another case of ND&PS registered in Police Station Kullu by the police when today at about 0745 hours during nakabandi at near Bhoothnath Bridge police recovered 600 gm charas from the possession of one lady resident of Pandoh.
